Summary: We stayed in the two king full kitchen with living room unit. This place was fantastic. We had the entire upstairs with a wrap around deck. We started every morning on the deck over looking the pool and with a view of the ocean. We were able to drop our luggage before check in time so we could have lunch without worrying about our suitcases. The owners were onsite and extremely friendly. They take great pride in their boutique guest houses. Both bedrooms have AC that gets cold quickly and keeps you cool through the night. There isn’t AC in the kitchen and living room but it’s not needed because an excellent breeze blows through from the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils AND blender to make frozen concoctions at home. An unexpected added plus was the water dispenser outside the main door of the unit. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. It was a few blocks away from the activity so it was quite peaceful but close enough to walk anywhere in just a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Oh the pool- it’s private for the guests staying there (7 units total) but we never saw more than 4 in it any time and several times we had the pool to ourselves. WiFi signal was strong and hubby was able to work several hours every morning with no issues accessing any of his company’s systems. Do not hesitate to book this place because it will go fast!
